dual 4046 vco's controlled via joystick. One's an LFO (most of the time), that modulates the other via the VCO INHIBIT pin. The LFO is also sent to a CD40106 inverter stage, and modulates an active bandpass filter via an old vactrol (vtl5c4) I had around. 405nm LEDs behind the inverted lexan dome are driven by a CD4040 ripple counter off the primary VCO output before the VCF.
