WE RAN AWAY FROM THIS AWFULL PLACE IN A MONTH TIME ... Reason : The owner has done no maintanance nor proper cleaning. 1717 Noranda Drive. Sunnyvale 94087 Do you know any one who will rent out a property with the following complaints ? Go to: 1717 Noranda Drive. Landlord & agents are driven by Just greed for money. If you complain you will be abused...! 1. The toilets get blocked & overflows very freequently. thrice in one month we stayed there ...!!. 2. Ground floor window doesn't have a lock. 3. Kitchen floor Vinyl is broken & see mud coming out of the area under/besides refrigerator. 4. Wardrobe /Closet doors are sticking & one or more part of it is hanging in the screw, which may fall down anytime. 5. The exhaust fan in the first floor bathroom is hanging in a screw & may fall down any time. 6. Bed room has a pile of cable wires & electric wires propping out of the wall. 7. Washer-drier provided in the unit has a loose, knob which makes it difficult to operate. 8. The window blinds in the kitchen & ground floor are broken & sticks. 9. There is no doorbell provided in this duplex unit. 10. There is no adequate water pressure from the water taps in the shower/bath tub. 11. Storage area in this unit is infected with mice/cockroach/insects.
