THE GOOD WORKS OF GOVERNOR UDUAGHAN CANNOT BE OVER EMPHASIZED 2007 marked a turning point in history after an overwhelming mandate was given to a humble and visionary leader by the good people of Delta State. However, little did they know that the man they had chosen as their governor was ready to roll up his sleeves and literally get down to business. His Excellency Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Udughan wasted no time in crystallising his vision for the State when he presented his SIMPLE but COMPREHENSIVE blueprint for the State which he christened the THREE POINT AGENDA • Peace and Security • Human Capital Development • Infrastructure Development There have been tremendous progress recorded in just two years into the life of the Uduaghan Administration vis-à-vis the 3 point agenda in virtually all facets of life in the State. And while we do not intend to chronicle these achievements at this forum, there is no doubt in the minds of the people of Delta State. From the creeks of Bomadi to the rich lands of Ozoro as well as the great valleys of Aniocha, the resounding verdict is unanimous; the administration has exceeded all expectations in the actualisation of the three point agenda.
